Laney and his son Austin did a very good and professional job installing my tankless water heater system. Showed up on time with everything they needed to complete the job. No running to Lowe’s for extra parts. Laid down work carpets to protect the floors and cleaned everything up once the job was finished. Actually took an hour less than his eating originally.

So much space freed up!

Lanney and his team at American Plumbing & Sewer are AMAZING! Not only did they save us from spending $2000 more with one one the “other” big chain companies, they took my job on late Tuesday night and showed up right on schedule Wednesday morning to to replace our water heater. No “additional” fees either! They were totally professional and cleaned up everything after the job. Lanney, also gave me multiple options vs. the one option replacement which I really appreciated as other companies did not. If you need a plumber, I would HIGHLY suggest giving Lanney, and his team a call! I will always call him for future needs! Thank you Lanney! We did opt for a tankless option as our replacement.

American Plumbing and Sewer took such great of me I can’t thank them enough! I bought my hot water heater at 11:00 am and Lanney was at my home to install the unit with in a couple of hours.

The pricing was awesome and they happily gave me a veterans discount. Most impressive Lanney covered all my carpeting with carpet mats from the basement to the front door to make sure nothing got in the carpet!

I highly recommend this company for all your appliance installation, plumbing and sewer needs.

Ok so let me tell you I am the pickiest person when it comes to having someone come into my house for repairs . I was referred to the nicest, most reliable , reasonable fees , patient plumbing company. They answered all my questions and were patient when I went to check on the status of the work. They talked to us just like we were friends instead of it all being about business and the “ give me your money” attitude. Our guy Saul was thorough, quick( still doing the job correctly ) and AMAZING !!! They cleaned up after themselves and even chatted for a minute once the job was all done.

I cannot recommend American Plumbing & Sewer enough! Lanney the owner came out and gave a very fair estimate for a new quality water heater and moving the main water shut off to an accessible location. He explained what needed to be done and scheduling was easy and quick. The installation and plumbing was done in a professional and thorough manner. The 3 man crew were polite and efficient. Xcel Gas had to send a worker out to replace the outside gas meter and Lanney stayed until Xcel was finished. If you need a water heater this is the company to go with. Thank you!
